Holistic offerings

  • Trauma Informed Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga offers a gentle, choice-based practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and reconnection to the body—without pressure, hands-on adjustments, or triggering language. Yin Yoga complements this by using long-held, supported postures to release deep connective tissue, helping move stored trauma in the body. All positions are optional and alternatives are offered to support all levels of abilities.

  • Meditation.

Guided Meditation is a relaxation technique that uses calming imagery and gentle verbal cues to help you unwind. Your practitioner walks you through peaceful visualizations designed to reduce stress, quiet racing thoughts, and bring your nervous system into a more regulated state. Many types are offered including Yoga Nidra, chakra balancing and inner child work. Many people find guided meditation helpful for improving focus, sleep, emotional balance, and overall well-being.

  • Sound Therapy.

Sound therapy uses the gentle vibrations and tones of crystal singing bowls to support relaxation and energetic balance. During a session, the practitioner plays the bowls around or near your body, creating sound frequencies that can encourage deep calm, release tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply restored after a sound bath.

  • Shamanic breathwork.

Shamanic Breathwork is a transformational breathing practice that uses guided, circular breathing often paired with rhythmic drumming. This technique can help access deeper emotional layers, release stored stress and energy, and support spiritual and personal growth. Sessions are facilitated in a safe, supportive environment and may help clients process emotions, gain insight, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

  • Reiki.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also supports the body’s natural healing abilities. The practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the body, allowing universal life force energy to flow where it is needed. Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed, more grounded, and emotionally lighter after Reiki sessions. Reiki can be a supportive addition to mental health and wellness care.

  • Drumming.

Drumming is woven into many of our meditations and sound baths. Rhythmic drumming can help shift brainwave states, promote relaxation, and support mood regulation. It may help reduce stress, lower perceived tension, and enhance feelings of connection and vitality. In some sessions, drumming is also used in a spiritual context, inviting clients to connect with symbolic spirit animal guides or ancestral wisdom in a way that feels meaningful to them.
