    Nutrition Support

    Comprehensive, whole person support with your nourishment needs. Our licenses dietitian has years of experience with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, re-nourishing after chronic substance use and mental health nutrition. We are are cash pay and accept Aetna and offer super-bills for OON reimbursement. Both virtual and in person sessions are available, along with support in-between sessions if needed.

    Trauma Informed Yoga

    Trauma-Informed Yoga offers a gentle, choice-based practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and reconnection to the body—without pressure, hands-on adjustments, or triggering language. Yin Yoga complements this by using long-held, supported postures to release deep connective tissues. All positions are optional and alternatives are offered to support all levels of abilities.

    Sound Therapy.

    Sound therapy uses the gentle vibrations and tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to support relaxation and energetic balance. During a session, the practitioner plays the bowls around or near your body, creating sound frequencies that can encourage the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply restored after sound healing.

  • Rebalance your energy with Reiki, bringing in universal positive light to allow your body to heal itself.

    Reiki.

    Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also supports the body’s natural healing abilities. The practitioner gently places their hands on or just above the body, allowing universal life force energy to flow where it is needed. Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed, more grounded, and emotionally lighter after Reiki sessions. Reiki can be a supportive addition to mental health and wellness care.

    Somatic Breath Work.

    Breath work uses guided, circular breathing often paired with rhythmic drumming. This technique can help you work through strong emotions and can help promote a clearer state of mind. Sessions are facilitated in a safe, supportive environment and may help shift stuck thought patters and feelings.

    Somatic Therapy

    Somatic Therapy is a body-centered approach that helps you gently process stress, trauma, and stored emotional patterns by working with physical sensations and nervous system responses. Through guided awareness and supportive techniques, it can restore a sense of safety, regulation, and connection between mind and body. Great for people suffering with chronic pain, migraines, fibromyalgia, IBS, anxiety and PTSD.

    Meditation.

    Guided Meditation is a relaxation technique that uses calming imagery and gentle verbal cues. Your practitioner walks you through visualizations designed to reduce stress, quiet racing thoughts, and invites your nervous system into a more regulated state. Many types are offered including Yoga Nidra, chakra balancing and inner child work. Many people find guided meditation helpful for improving focus, sleep, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
